SMART Photos by Thom 5/27/13

Hi, I’m Thom, Kathy’s partner in life,

Starting today, and in the weeks to come, I will be sharing some of my photography with you on SMART Living 365 and a linked Tumblr account.

Inspiring words and photos have always uplifted my soul…and what I plan to share are my attempts to mix my photography with words in ways that will shift your mindset and help to create a more happy, peaceful and meaningful life—365!   We’re calling this series “SMART Photos by Thom” and you can see all my pictures at any time by going to the link under the photo.  Oh, and please feel free to let me know what you think in the comments under each post.  Thanks!

  1. Alex

    Dear Kathy and Thom,
Thanks for all your inspiring texts and photos.
I specially like the one “Each morning I remember to be grateful for this gift called LIFE”. After having been seriously ill for a long time that’s exactly what I try to do…
Looking forward to more blogs from both of you. With love from Germany
    Alex

    • Hi Alex…thanks for the feedback. I took the “grateful for this gift” shot in Mexico that last time we where there. I will now think of you when I view that shot. Be well and we look forward to meeting up with you and Gerhard again soon. ~Thom

  2. Nice to meet you Thom, I’ve heard so much about you here from Kathy. I love both the photo and the quote you chose for today. It was timely as well. I had planned to spend the day working, then I received a call that my grand children wanted to see me because mom was sick. Even though it was a little chilly we went outside to play games, weed and plant some flowers. My plans may have been interrupted, but they will still be there tomorrow as I don’t have a deadline and instead I had an afternoon filled with fun.

    • Hi Lois, good to hear from you and hearing that you had an afternoon of fun. We all forget that in the end…none of us are getting out alive…so why don’t we give ourselves permission to have more fun? Please keep up the good work you are doing with Living Simply Free…as most of the positive change happens one inspiration at a time. Thom
